Legal Proceedings Reveals Rehabilitation Program
In a proceeding recently, Hill’s legal representatives notified the court that he was undergoing treatment beyond the state. The court reportedly allowed the defendant to remain away on condition that he remains in treatment.
“We’re addressing those issues” and “this is a bump that he’s going to get over”, commented his representatives.
Context of the Altercation
The arrest occurred in last month after Hill was allegedly strolling on a Los Angeles road in his underwear and supposedly confronting officers who had detained him.
He has entered a not guilty plea to three charges of assault on officers and one serious count of resisting an officer of the law.
